Kato Dool Wellness Resort is an eco-friendly wellness sanctuary located in Aswan, inspired by Nubian charm. The resort provides guests with a unique experience that celebrates the land’s cultural, social, and historical features. The resort is committed to reducing carbon emissions and cultivating fruits and therapeutic plants all over the resort.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Aswan. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, sales, sales management, and communication to promote the resort’s products and services.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Adept at sales skills and sales management
Experience in training others in sales and marketing
Ability to be persuasive, innovative and creative
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Experience in digital marketing and social media would be an asset. The ideal candidate must be a team player and fluency in English and Arabic languages is mandatory.
